Yu Cheng has created his own bilingual storybook - 'The Adventures in the Himalayas' to fundraise for Bone Marrow Donor Programme (BMDP) which builds and manages Singapore's only register of volunteer marrow donors.

With his e-book, he hopes to do his part in supporting patients in Singapore suffering from terminal blood-related diseases that require a bone marrow transplant.

Blood diseases such as Leukaemia, Lymphoma and Myeloma can strike any one at any time. When other treatments failed, a bone marrow transplant maybe the only chance of survival.

When patients are unable to find a matching donor within their family, they depend on the Bone Marrow Donor Programme (Singapore)to search for a Matched Unrelated Donor (MUD).
